What I collect and why
When you use the contact form I process the name, email address, company, markets of interest and message you provide. I use this data only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are stored securely and deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing engagement.
Sharing and hosting
Your data is stored with the hosting and database providers that run this website, acting as processors on my behalf within the EU. I do not sell personal data and I do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets a small cookie that remembers your language choice. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Write to me and I will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD).
